Breaking the Silence

Breaking the Silence represents the powerful moment when quiet is disrupted by a surge of emotion. The piece blurs the boundary between internal reflection and outward expression, using bold, sweeping strokes to contrast with softer, more subdued layers. The textured surface and interplay of dark and light tones convey the intensity of emotions rising to the surface, like the first crack of sound after a long stillness. This work invites viewers to feel the tension between holding back and letting go, embodying the transformation from silence to voice
