Can I return my original artwork if I change my mind?

All prices are listed in CAD, and all sales are final. Since each original work of art is unique and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns. Please also note that gift card purchases are non-refundable. Be sure to carefully review the artwork details and dimensions before making your purchase.

Can I cancel or exchange my order?

Because each piece of original art is one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or exchanges. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the product description, images, and measurements before placing your order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged piece or the wrong item, email us at kylacookart@gmail.com with your order number, your name, and pictures of the damage or incorrect item, and we will assist you with a solution.

What happens if my order is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier or your local postal service using the tracking number provided in your email. If they cannot locate your package, reach out to us at kylacookart@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping on unframed original artwork orders. For framed pieces, shipping costs will be calculated after purchase.

How long will my order take to ship?

Each original artwork is handled with extreme care to ensure it arrives safely. Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days, and shipping times are as follows:

Canada: 3 to 9 business days

USA: 5 to 15 business days

International: 20 to 60 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

For international or US orders, additional duties or taxes (such as VAT) may apply when your shipment arrives in your country. Kyla Cook Art is not responsible for these fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs.

How can I track my order?

Once your artwork is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.
